Shpati Hoxha is a partner and one of the founders of HM&H. His practice focuses on corporate law, trade and competition matters, IP & IT law.
Shpati advises investors on a wide range of business issues, including governance, market conduct, M&A, project financing, distribution and trade agreements, technology transfer, trademark enforcement, data protection, privacy, security and internet law.
Shpati has moreover a significant experience in energy projects energy and natural resources, and has assisted clients in a number of high value M&A, financing and PPP transactions.
Shpati has been involved in the drafting of key business related acts, such as the commercial registry law (effective from 2007), the company law (effective from 2008), the takeover law (effective from 2010) and the new cross-border merger law (effective from 2012).
Shpati received a J.D. equivalent in comparative commercial law from the Turin University Law School. He is qualified for representation in front of all levels of the Albanian judiciary.
